Over the summer my friends Colin and Molly adopted a rescue-dog, Rosie, after searching for the perfect addition to their family. The same afternoon they brought her home, Rosie broke free from her collar and made a run for it. Heartbroken yet hopeful, Colin and Molly chronicled their hunt for their prodigal pup here for more than a month:

The story includes a not-so-helpful Monsignor, other far-more-helpful neighbors, night vision cameras, and a dog that tracks lost dogs named Salsa.  In other words, it’s a Disney movie… provided there’s a happy ending to it all.
